Speaking Engagements
It is my hope that by continuing to
use my voice and sharing my story I will not only encourage others that
have, unfortunately, been handed the "victim" title to speak
out, but that my story will also encourage those in professions such as
law enforcement, victim advocacy, therapists, social workers, sexual
assault nurse examiners, etc., to not always go "by the books"
but instead go "beyond the margins" when working with survivors
and allowing them to have and use their voices, resulting in a team effort
on both parts.
If interested, I am now available for speaking engagements and can be

other presentation or case-related questions. Presentations can range
anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours in length, depending on group size and
event, and focus not only on my story of survival, but also my journey for
justice over the course of almost 20 years.
